Fyzicky jsem se c\u00edtila po\u0159\u00e1d stejn\u011b, ale kdykoliv jsem se pod\u00edvala do zrcadla, \u0159\u00edkala jsem si: \u201eHm, p\u0159ipad\u00e1m si huben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, asi to funguje.\u201c Ale po n\u011bkolika dnech jsem zji\u0161\u0165ovala, \u017ee to tak nen\u00ed. Ty tobolky, kter\u00e9 jsem u\u017e\u00edvala, byly n\u011bco jako n\u00e1plast na moje sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 sebev\u011bdom\u00ed kv\u016fli v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu b\u0159ichu a bok\u016fm a siln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm stehn\u016fm. Dalo by se to p\u0159irovnat k jak\u00fdmsi r\u016f\u017eov\u00fdm br\u00fdl\u00edm a d\u00edky nim jsem m\u011bla vidinu hubnut\u00ed. Je nutn\u00e9 podotknout, \u017ee to byly p\u0159\u00edpravky, kter\u00e9 ostatn\u00ed \u017eeny vychvalovaly a\u017e do nebe.Kdy\u017e jsem stejn\u011b ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b dobrala i posledn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravek, ve kter\u00fd jsem v\u011b\u0159ila, \u0159ekla jsem si DOST! Mus\u00ed to p\u0159ece j\u00edt i jinak.A mo\u017en\u00e1 mi to nebudete v\u011b\u0159it, ale skute\u010dn\u011b to jde. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je si to srovnat v hlav\u011b, p\u0159estat se stresovat fotkami modelek a celebrit a skon\u010dit s internetov\u00fdm vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak nejrychleji zhubnout. Ze za\u010d\u00e1tku to bude asi t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9, ale nebojte se toho. Rozhodn\u011b nen\u00ed zapot\u0159eb\u00ed zakazovat si n\u011bco j\u00edst. Na druhou stranu je logick\u00e9, \u017ee pokud chci doc\u00edlit n\u011bjak\u00e9 zm\u011bny, mus\u00edm b\u00fdt v tomto ohledu aktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Mimochodem, mal\u00e1 sportovn\u00ed aktivita se vy\u017eaduje i u u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f na hubnut\u00ed, tak\u017ee si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee to nen\u00ed zas takov\u00fd rozd\u00edl.Jsou to u\u017e t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce, co jsem zanev\u0159ela na jak\u00e9koliv hubnouc\u00ed alternativy, p\u0159i kter\u00fdch nebudu muset ud\u011blat ani krok nav\u00edc, a c\u00edt\u00edm se skv\u011ble. Zhubla jsem kilo a p\u016fl. Dost mi v tom pom\u00e1h\u00e1 i fakt, \u017ee m\u00e1m pejska, se kter\u00fdm ten krok nav\u00edc prost\u011b ud\u011blat mus\u00edm.Tak\u017ee, \u017eeny, d\u00edvky, d\u00e1my, m\u011bjte trp\u011blivost a \u010distou mysl a v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee brzy uvid\u00edte, co to s V\u00e1mi ud\u011blalo.
